In 2021 I engaged a creative agency to develop a visual identity for A Great Place to Work (GPTW) – the BJSS internal brand. The brief from the HR team was for GPTW to be playful and less corporate than BJSS.
The agency produced a new logo and a softer, pastel version of the BJSS colour palette, along with a series of shapes to be used across materials.
Since the creation of the new GPTW brand, I have carried out a large volume of work for the HR and operations teams. Projects have included gender pay gap reports, benefits brochures, onboarding materials, playbooks, documentation, infographics, interactive PDFs, organisational charts, stationary, templates, merchandise and newsletters.
In 2022, I created assets and merchandise for the BJSS Behaviours, an internal initiative highlighting behaviours that underpinned the company values and made BJSS a great place to work.
Before BJSS was acquired by CGI, the BJSS Behaviours were a large part of the company culture, and demonstrating the BJSS Behaviours was the second core consideration at employee performance reviews.
BJSS Legends was an awards programme that recognised employees who made outstanding contributions to the business.
A graphic designer on my team designed the original assets for BJSS Legends in 2023, and I aligned these to the new BJSS brand for the relaunch of the programme in 2024. I redesigned the logo, icons and collateral including newsletters, templates and presentations.
